South Australian building worker Ark Tribe faces six months jail at the Adelaide Magistrates’ Court this Wednesday. Mr Tribe has been charged with failing to appear before a hearing of the Australian Building and Construction Commission to answer questions about a union meeting held at an Adelaide building site.
