Female Graduates Earning Three Percent Less than Male Counterparts

An Australian Graduate survey has revealed female graduates are earning three percent less than their male counterparts.
Researcher David Carrol state the gender gap is not a resullt of discrimination in the labour market.
Whilst demand for graduates in the workforce increased during the economic downturn – it appears that on average, female graduates do not have access to the same high paying roles as the male graduates.
