No charges over death of Aboriginal man in fifty degree heat in prison van

The ABC reports that no-one will be charged over the death of an Aboriginal man in Western Australia in 2008. The man was being driven in a prison van with no air-conditioning in which the temperature reached fifty degrees Celcius.

Ngaanyatjarraku Shire president Damien McLean told the ABC his community would be upset no-one would be held responsible for the death.
