Queensland gets $8.9 million for Home and Community Care Services from the Federal Government

Minister for Ageing Justine Elliot says HACC Homeless Support Services are designed for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, providing support and maintenance services.

The homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless are unable to access aged care services and support at the same levels as the rest of the community. The funding will help improve access to these and other essential services, Minister Elliot says.
