Dawkins wants Pope arrested in Britain, Maltese papal visit billboard defaced with Pedobear

Atheist campaigner Richard Dawkins says he does not plan to arrest the Pope himself during a papal visit to Britain planned for September this year. Misleading headlines in News Corporation newspapers, including the Times, in London, and Brisbane's Courier-Mail, suggest that Dawkins is planning to personally arrest the Pope. Dawkins is, however, supporting a plan to ask the British Government to arrest the pope for his alleged role in condoning child sex abuse in the Catholic Church.

Meanwhile, the Times of Malta reports a billboard in the town of Marsa advertising a visit to Malta by the Pope has been defaced with images of Pedobear, a cartoon bear used to taunt paedophiles, which originated at the 4chan message boards.
