Mine Seeping equipment used in body search

Not satisfied with their prior investigation, the Police have deployed the Navy’s high-tech Mine-sweeping equipment in the search for an underwater body.

Dulcie Birt, who was 31 when Police suspect she fell into the Green Lakes, near Ipswitch, last year, has never been found. However, the police have called in navy equipment, an robotic vehicle with high-frequency sonar usually used to find sea mines.

A Bundamba man is suspected of her murder.
