A primary school at Ipswich is running despite having no mains water, no power and no sewerage system the ABC reported.
Staines Memorial College has seven demountable buildings set up on a cleared block. Only two have town planning approval.
The school who has a student attendance of 200 pupils, has water trucked in, sewage trucked out and is powered by emergency generators.
At this stage the council has allowed the school to continue operating.
